However, this performance range is not guaranteed and is influenced by several factors outside the control of our product. Achieving these results depends heavily on how the platform is implemented and used by the client.
Agent Availability – Agents must be consistently online and engaged in dialing for a full day (i.e., 8 hours) to maximize contact opportunities.
Speed-to-Lead Execution – Agents must be available and actively accepting leads from Priority 1 campaigns to maintain real-time response and optimal speed-to-lead.
Agent-to-Lead Ratio – Businesses must maintain an appropriate ratio of agents to lead volume in order to meet the pacing and lead journey strategies defined within the Dialer.io campaign setup.
Lead Quality – The quality and intent level of leads are the responsibility of the client. Poor-quality data or low-intent leads will likely result in contact rates that fall below the 40–60% range.
